We have moved since then, and they moved our playset for us and we’ve had them come out and pressure wash and stain and tune up (look over and make sure all bolts are tight etc) a few times, and they have always done a great job. Recently, we had them come out for a deluxe tune up and they discovered a split in one of the frame legs. They said it would be covered under warranty and came out and replaced the part at just a small fee to cover the trip out.
