Woodplay is such a fantastic place to purchase kids’ outdoor playsets and trampolines from! We bought their cedar playset when the kids were young, and it was so sturdy and safe. It really looked good in our backyard too. Now, I have two teenagers so we bought Woodplay’s trampoline because it’s the safest style on the market – just to get them out of the house. We purchased our playset from Woodplay almost 8 years ago. We have moved since then, and they moved our playset for us and we’ve had them come out and pressure wash and stain and tune up (look over and make sure all bolts are tight etc) a few times, and they have always done a great job. Recently, we had them come out for a deluxe tune up and they discovered a split in one of the frame legs. They said it would be covered under warranty and came out and replaced the part at just a small fee to cover the trip out. We have been very happy with our playset and the great customer service from Woodplay.
